Individual Psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one therapeutic process that helps individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and confidential setting. Guided by a licensed psychotherapist, patients can work through personal challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, adjustment, and life transitions.

Group Psychotherapy
Group psychotherapy brings together individuals facing similar challenges in a supportive, confidential setting. Led by a licensed psychotherapist, members share experiences, gain insight, and build coping skills through mutual support and interaction. It fosters connection, personal growth, and healing in a collaborative environment.

Psychological Diagnostic Evaluation
Psychological diagnostic evaluations are comprehensive assessments conducted by a licensed psychotherapist to understand an individual’s mental health, cognitive abilities, and emotional functioning. These evaluations help identify diagnoses, guide treatment planning, and provide insights into behavioral or learning challenges.

Pre-surgical Psychological Evaluation
A pre-surgical psychological evaluation helps determine if a patient is emotionally and mentally prepared for surgery. It assesses coping skills, readiness for lifestyle changes, and any psychological factors that may affect recovery and long-term outcomes.

Psychological Evaluation for Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) Referral
This evaluation helps determine whether a patient has reached MMI and assesses any ongoing psychological effects related to their injury. It provides important information for treatment planning, recovery, and workers’ compensation decisions.

Immigration Psychological Evaluation
These evaluations provide professional documentation of psychological factors that may support an immigration case. They are often requested for Hardship Waivers, VAWA Petitions, and Asylum Applications to demonstrate the emotional, mental health, or trauma-related impact on individuals and families.

In addition to offering specialized services such as individual psychotherapy, psychological evaluations, and (upcoming) work hardening, chronic pain management, and physical therapy, we also bring experience in supporting individuals through a variety of personal and emotional challenges.
