What Sets My Practice Apart: At Contreras Counseling & Consulting (C3), I believe the psychotherapy experience should be professional, responsive, and respectful of your time. I understand how frustrating it can be to leave voicemails that go unanswered, wait days for a response, or feel like you are being passed between multiple people without clear communication.
Because my practice is intentionally small and personalized, you will communicate directly with me. My goal is to ensure that your questions are addressed, your appointments are confirmed, and that the process of starting or continuing psychotherapy feels smooth, organized, and supportive. I am committed to creating a professional environment where the patients feel heard, respected, and valued throughout their care.

About C3
Contreras Counseling & Consulting (C3) was founded by Dr. Jacqueline Contreras with the goal of creating a practice rooted in authenticity, compassion, competence, and commitment to patient care. After hearing many individuals share frustrating experiences with other providers or facilities, Dr. Contreras set out to build something different, a place where care is responsive, empathetic, and truly centered on the patient.
At C3, Dr. Contreras is dedicated to providing a supportive and respectful space where individuals can explore their experiences, overcome obstacles, and develop the tools needed to strengthen their emotional well-being.
Our Building is ADA Compliant. Everyone is Welcome!
C3 is committed to providing an accessible environment for all patients. Handicap accessible parking is available parking is available at the rear of the building. The building entrance includes a ramp and an automatic door to support ease of access. Handicap accessible restrooms are available on floors, 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 for additional convenience.
